Mission
I – Main Responsibilities
Develop the vision for a sustainable growth of the Agri Food market.
- Is the reference in understanding the Food Industry & business, the customers needs and the challenges of their market.
- Provide market intelligence specific to the Food market place.
- Establish the development plan for the Agri / Food market and major customer accounts .
- Ensure the achievement of mid and long-term objectives for the Food market and key accounts.
- Align with and influence Bureau Veritas’ P&L owners so as to ensure the proposed Key account development strategy aligns and supports or at minimum does not interfere with the district ’ growth priorities.
Build upon resources and actions
- Define the Sales objectives of the Food market and key customer accounts and teams involved in sales.
- Identify and manage investments in the development of offers and pre-sales (in coordination with Food and Agri technical referent and with the Agri/Food Global Service Line)
- Organize the cross-functional synergy of the stakeholders involved (HO Africa, France, Global Service line, Technical referent, Countries, District).
- Identify, develop and animate a network of local and District champions to capture & address new opportunities while ensuring proper deployment and execution of ongoing projects.
- Generate, follow up business leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
- Organize and lead Africa business reviews.
Organize and win high-values offers
- Understand the customer environment and challenges, design and formalize a customized approach that positions Bureau Veritas as strategic partner to the customer
- Is the overall manager of Sales approach, teams, cross-functional synergies and the signing of complex high-stakes sales deals.
- Set up global frame agreement and develop clients partnership at HO Level
- Explore new opportunities, new global contracts/customers, customers not on board.
- Develop & manage quarterly account plans, regular reporting on sales activities, achievements, challenges and planned target companies. 
Establish BV Africa as one of the main partners of the account
- Position BV Africa in a role of long-term player in the customer's core businesses.
- Structure and organize periodic “TOP to TOP” / C-suites touch points between Bureau Veritas and the customer senior executives.
Profil recherché

Profil : 
- Master’s degree in Food. Science or in Engineering or Master degree in Business
- Fluent in English, speaking French would be a plus
- 10 years of experience in the food industry, either on a food or manufacturing plant, either in the sales or delivery of services to the food industry.
- 5/10 years experience in Business roles across Africa
- Proven track record of growing sales & large and global accounts in Food
- Proven track record on Frame Agreement with International Companies or with International Humanitarian Organizations (like WFP-World Food Program)
- Solid understanding of testing, inspection, certification & technical services related to Food
