As part of the new strategic plan ‘Infinite 2024’, Devoteam chose to develop five strategic partners at European level: Google, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft and AWS.
In this context of strong growth, the Sales & Pillars team is dynamic and at the core of Devoteam’s activity. Linked to the general management and in direct collaboration with the group’s entities, the team participates in the development of the strategy and its execution by implementing concrete internal actions and projects, reported to the different group governance instances (Steering Committee, Executive Committee, Operating Committee).
The Sales & Pillars’ PMO will help pilot a partner pillar by focusing on three axes:
Analysis and reporting of pillar and partnership performance indicators at EMEA level
These performance indicators relate to the follow-up of sales activities, recruitment activities and the development of resources (training and certification) as well as the follow-up of customer satisfaction.
This mission’s success will be based on your ability to analyse a large amount of data as well as your ability to set-up dashboards shared with all the managers of the partner pillar. Both the results of your analysis and yourrecommendations will be presented to the various group instances.
Management of activities and projects linked to the pillar and partnership at EMEA level
Participation in the development of the EMEA strategy and associated go-to-market
Participation in the development of annual business unit objectives, group consolidation and operational management
Animation and follow-up of a sales challenge at EMEA level, organisation of training sessions on targeted products as part of the EMEA strategy
Coordination with business advisers and marketing teams to design Devoteam offers linked to the partnership
Coordination with marketing teams on partners’ events, digital campaigns and other press relations or web visibility activities
Follow-up and industrialisation of our training processes and certified trainers, organisation of training bootcamps at European level.
Management and administration of the partner portal and associated processes.
Partnership animation and governance at EMEA level
Animation of Devoteam’s internal virtual communities - via Workplace by Facebook
Management of Devoteam’s internal group governance - Monthly Board, Quarterly Business Reviews
Management of Partner relations and associated governance
On a daily basis, you will be in contact with entity managing directors located in 18 countries. The missions may lead to occasional trips to the group’s entities.
In order to join the team, you should have completed a higher education degree in business, engineering or equivalent schools. An internship or apprenticeship experience on similar functions will be appreciated, as well as a certain sensitivity to the digital world. Good analytical skills and strong rigor are essential to succeed in these functions.
English and French are necessary on a daily basis, they must be spoken and written fluently. A third language may be a plus.
You master Excel / Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides.
Finally, you are not afraid to work closely with high level managers from all functions.
